People can't live without food. Over time our food became not just a resource of energy, but a bad habit. How? People nowadays eat a bunch of junk food and they don't control the amount of food that they eat or what they eat. They don't think that some of the combinations of different foods can be really bad for their health and of course it won't make their body look good. I don't want to tell people what they can eat and what they cannot because in today's world it is really hard to control everything what we eat, but I want to tell people what they could do to become a little healthier without changing their whole life, but by introducing a few simple and easy habits into their lives.

In the beginning some of these "good food habits" may seem hard, but over some time it will get easier and I am sure that most of people will ask themselves a question "why have I never done this before?".
- Start your morning with a glass of warm water. It will help your body to wake up.
- Always stay hydrated. Drink from 2 to 3 liters of water per day. Water is good for you! It will help to clean your body and and keeps your skin looking great as well.
- Start cooking. Some people need to stop going out to eat everyday. If you want to be healthy, you should limit this time to only one time in one and a half weeks. We always overeat at restaurants and the food tends to be not as healthy.
- Include vegetables and fruit to your meals. Fruit and vegetables taste much better than you may think and you should eat them everyday. You can cut them however you like and eat them as a snack or make a smoothie. Or just simply include them in your meal. Either way you look at it, adding fruit and vegetables are good for your healt. For adults the amount of fruit should be about 1.5-2 cups a day and the amount of vegetables should be about from 2-3 cups a day.
- You should eat every two hours and do not overeat. If you overeat, it will make you eat more and more next meal. If you feel that you are full, then just stop even though there is still some food leftover.
- You should also follow this calorie chart on the right that tells about how many calories should you eat based on your gender, age and activity level.
